Signs that your body is SCREAMING at you to slow down
Hi there Reader,
Do you listen to your body or do you try to muffle the screaming with coffee or other crutches?
If you're dealing with any of these symptoms, it's time to start truly listening to your body:
- You have very little patience with others.
- You struggle to sleep at night especially if you have something like a big project going on.
- You catch every single cold and bug that you come across.
- Your digestion is funky- you bloat after meals, have heartburn, or you fluctuate a lot between constipation and diarrhea.
- You have trouble focusing on simple tasks, tend to lose your train of thought when speaking, or can't retain any new information (poor memory in general). You need a ton of coffee to just to function through the day and then have trouble winding down at night.
β β βPlease realize that the longer you live like this, the harder the crash can be once your body can't handle it anymore. β β I was there. I pushed and pushed until my body just couldn't take it anymore. I didn't get to a point of being bedridden (but many do). But I stopped being able to DO anything. β I was forced to rest. I was forced to say NO more. I was forced into healing. β That is why I'm here now to try and get people to CHOOSE healing so you don't have to experience the crash that many of our clients dealt with before they even got to us. β "Normal" society wants you to be on the GO GO GO. Who cares how you feel, who cares what you want. Get the kids to 3482957 activities while also working full time, do all the cooking and cleaning, and you're lazy if you don't do all of it with grace (or while looking gorgeous). β This is NOT healthy or sustainable. Join the slow down movement not only for you but for your kids as well. β Your nervous system will thank you. β If you're dealing with any of the above symptoms, we can help!
